Affiliate disclosure

Escape2GO contains links to third-party travel providers. Some of those links are, or may become, affiliate links: if you click one and go on to make a booking, the provider may pay Escape2GO a referral commission. This is how the site is intended to be funded.

What it costs you

Escape2GO does not charge you a fee for using our links. If you book through an affiliate link, the provider may pay us a commission. Prices and availability are set by the provider. Providers may also offer member, app-only or loyalty pricing that is outside our control.

Which links are affiliate links

Links that take you to a provider's site to search or book. These carry rel="sponsored nofollow" in the page code and, where the provider permits it, pass through our own /go/ address so we can count clicks. Links to our own guides and pages are not affiliate links.

Travel providers we may link to

Travel providers we may link to include Booking.com, Expedia, Aviasales, Discover Cars, Rentalcars.com, GetYourGuide, Viator. Linking to a provider does not mean we have a commercial relationship with them; where we do, they are listed above. This page is updated as programmes accept us or as we stop linking to a provider.

Does commission affect what we show?

We choose which providers to link to, and we write the guides. We do not rank results by what pays us most, and we do not accept payment from providers to feature them. Where a provider pays no commission on a booking, that has no bearing on whether we show them.

Your booking is with the provider

Your contract, payment, cancellation terms and financial protection are with the provider named at the point of booking, not with Escape2GO. If something goes wrong with a booking, the provider is who you contact. We are happy to help you find the right route, but we cannot alter or refund a booking we did not make.
