1. What Escape2GO is
Escape2GO is an information, comparison and referral service. We provide links to third-party travel providers and content to help you choose. We do not sell travel services, act as agent for any provider, or take payment from you.
2. Bookings
Any booking you make is with the provider named on that booking, under their terms and conditions. Prices, availability, cancellation rights and financial protection are the provider's responsibility. Please check them before you pay.
3. Accuracy
We try to keep prices and details accurate, but they change constantly. Indicative prices are marked as such. The provider's site shows the price you will pay.
4. Our content
Guides and destination pages are our own work and reflect our opinions at the time of writing. You may link to them freely. Please do not copy them without permission.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Escape2GO is not liable for losses arising from bookings made with third-party providers, or from reliance on information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
